We want to assist you on your own journey to greater self-acceptance, confidence, stability, strength, flexibility and relaxed self-awareness, contributing strongly to your overall health and vitality. “Wellbeing for your Whole Being"
We at Centenary Yoga, are passionate about helping you to establish a regular yoga practice which will build your strength, resilience and flexibility. It brings benefits physically, emotionally and mentally. Yoga has the added and often unexpected benefit of enabling you to gradually release emotional blockages and habits in your life that are no longer serving you. Ultimately, by committing to a regular yoga practice, you will discover and harness lifelong tools that bring out the best You that you can be!
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and anything else you need. We are fully equipped with mats, bolsters, blankets and other props.
Below are examples of some past events (before COVID-19). Satsang are FREE discussions of yoga philosophy. All who wish to further their understanding of Yoga are welcome to join us when we develop new Satsang in 2021.
