A Deep Restorative Class is like a mini-retreat for 2 hours. This is a once-a month class held on the last Sunday of each month; 3-5 pm You will practise gentle movement, yin postures, restorative postures, deeply restoring breathing practices, yoga nidra and meditation.Add to cart
