Knowing how to relax is vital for your health and well-being. It is essential for dealing with stress and anxiety. Effective relaxation techniques are important if you want to be happy and have healthy relationships with colleagues, friends and family.
The best choice of relaxation technique for each person will vary, depending on how they respond to stress. You are invited to join our resident Doctor of Philosophy, David Mills (B.Sc Hons., PhD, RYT500) on Sunday 2 June from 1.30pm to 2.30pm at Centenary Yoga to explore:

- which relaxation techniques will work best for you
- Yoga and meditation practices to improve relaxation.
