A Deep Restorative mini-retreat is two hours of complete relaxation for your mind, body and nervous system. This is a once-a month practice held on the last Sunday of each month; 3-5 pm from Feb to November. You will practise gentle movement, restorative postures using supportive bolster cushions, comfy blankets and blocks. You will also practise gentle, deeply restoring breathing practices, yoga nidra and meditation. Nienke or Adam provide Sound Therapy which has been shown to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders and pain whilst deepening your relaxed state. We’re air conditioned for comfortable practise all year round.
