Join us for comfy, relaxing Deep Restorative and give yourself permission to slow down.
You will practise gentle movement, restorative postures using supportive bolster cushions, comfy blankets and blocks. You will also practise gentle, deeply restoring breathing practices, yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and meditation. Cathy Billings or Noah Harris will provide amazing Sound Therapy which has been shown to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders and pain whilst deepening your relaxed state.
A Deep Restorative mini-retreat is two hours of complete relaxation for your mind, body and nervous system.
This is a once-a month practice held on the last Sunday of each month; 3-5 pm from Jan to November. Bookings essential 🙂
