Yoga for Tweens/Teens; they need it and (as a mother of teens) so do we.

Mondays 4.30-5.30pm;  $65.  New block starts Mon 7th February 2022 but 4 weeks can start anytime.

Tween/Teen Yoga is designed to get our teenagers out of tension and teach them to move their bodies safely beyond their usual range of motion. And it’s fun! Ages 9 – 15 ideal.

The practise teaches simple breathwork to relieve stress (techniques can be used anytime) as well as postures for confidence, strength and  flexibility. And of course, we teach them to consciously relax, and remind them to simply be themselves.

Mm Swami Jasraj is a qualified Physiotherapist and has taught Yoga and Meditation to thousands both in India and Australia. He is fun, gentle and relatable to young people.  A tween/teen group also enables friendships to develop beyond their usual networks and a safe space to ask questions and be themselves.

4 week blocks will usually run during school terms.
