Chakras – improving energy flow

Incorporating healthy lifestyle habits, such as a healthy diet and regular exercise, should be the starting point for improving energy flow through your chakras. Hatha yoga, incorporating asana and pranayama, is specifically aimed developing healthy chakra energy flow. Meditation can also be beneficial.
